Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE SILANO HìBRIDO, PROCESSO DE FAZER COMPOSIçãO DE SILANO HìBRIDO, COMPOSIçãO E PROCESSO DE FAZER PRODUTO DE BORRACHA VULCANIZADA POR ENXOFRE". Esta invenção descreve compostos químicos inovadores cujas estruturas são híbridas entre silanos contendo enxofre e silanos não contendo enxofre em que os dois tipos de silanos são ligados por ligações de siloxano. A invenção inclui métodos de preparação para os silanos híbridos bem como seu uso em borrachas com carga, como agentes de acoplamento. Os silanos híbridos descritos são singulares em que uma certa quantidade de água em sua preparação leva a um desempenho superior em sua aplicação pretendida, e era que os mesmos desse modo podem ser produzidos mais eficientemente, e de forma mais segura, do que os agentes de acoplamento atualmente usados na técnica, a partir de matérias-primas hidratadas prontamente disponíveis.
