Abstract

"MéTODO DE RECUPERAR UMA ATIVIDADE ENZIMáTICA DE VìRUS ENVELOPADOS EM UMA AMOSTRA BIOLóGICA CONTENDO ENZIMAS NãO PROTEGIDAS, E, PACOTE COMERCIAL". Um método de recuperar uma atividade enzimática, tal como a atividade de transcriptase reversa (RT), de vírus envelopados, tais como o HIV em uma amostra biológica contendo uma enzima não protegida, é descrito. Uma substância modificadora de cisteína é usada para destruir a atividade das enzimas não protegidas, seguido pela remoção das partículas de vírus envelopado ou inativação da substância modificadora de cisteína com um produto químico. Depois o vírus envelopado é lisado e as enzimas liberadas são recuperadas. Pacotes comerciais contendo instruções escritas e/ou portador de dados e alguns produtos químicos para realizar as etapas de laboratório para a recuperação de uma atividade enzimática de vírus envelopados também são divulgados.
