Abstract

"COMPONENTE ESTRUTURAL REVESTIDO COM MATERIAL DURO, COM CAMADA INTERMEDIáRIA, PARA APERFEIçOAMENTO DA RESISTêNCIA DE ADESIVIDADE DO REVESTIMENTO". Componentes estruturais, que estão sujeitos a altas cargas, particularmente por desgaste, podem ser protegidos por um revestimento de material duro. Desse modo, já é conhecido, por exemplo, em ferramentas de levantamento de aparas, aperfeiçoar a resistência ao desgaste por um revestimento com material duro. Devido à dilatação térmica diferente entre o material de substrato e o material de camada, bem como em um revestimento de várias camadas, devido a materiais de camada diferentes, podem resultar grandes tensões. Particularmente, com crescente espessura do revestimento, a tensão aumenta e, desse modo, o risco do revestimento lascar-se. A fim de solucionar esse problema, a invenção propõe que uma camada intermediária (5) seja disposta entre pelo menos duas camadas (4, 9) do revestimento (3), sendo que a referida camada intermediária consiste, predominantemente ou exclusivamente, em um componente de material (6, 8) de um elemento do quarto ao oitavo subgrupo do quarto e quinto período do sistema periódico.
