Abstract

"CATALISADORES DE LOCAL úNICO SUPORTADOS úTEIS PARA POLIMERIZAçãO DE OLEFINA". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir catalisadores de local único suportados úteis para polimerização de olefina é divulgado. Um complexo organometálico que contém um ligando heterocíclico nitrogênio-funcional é primeiro preparado e reagido com um alumoxano. Este produto é depois combinado, preferivelmente com uma mistura de alta intensidade, com uma pasta fluida de suporte inorgânico, seguido por remoção do solvente para dar um catalisador suportado. Introduzindo o alumoxano no momento certo durante a preparação, e por seleção judiciosa e tratamento químico do suporte inorgânico, pode-se produzir catalisadores com atividade alta e boas propriedades de envelhecimento. Os catalisadores suportados dão polímeros de olefina com um equilíbrio favorável de propriedades físicas, incluindo baixa densidade, distribuição de peso molecular estreita, boas propriedades de fluxo de fundição e alta densidade de volume.
