Abstract

"APARELHO DE RETENçãO COM UM MANDRIL DE RETENçãO E UM VEìCULO DE PEçA EM TRABALHO CONECTáVEL DESPRENDIDAMENTE A ELE". O aparelho de retenção compreende um mandril de retenção e um veículo da peça em trabalho conectado desprendidamente a ele. O mandril de retenção é dotado com uma abertura central, para receber um pino de retenção preso no veículo da peça em trabalho. A abertura central do mandril de retenção tem uma parte de inserção cónica, e o pino de retenção tem pelo menos uma parte superficial correspondente em forma à parte de inserção cónica, ou várias partes superficiais, para alinhar o pino de retenção em uma direção X e/ou Y. O mandril de retenção compreende um mecanismo de retenção para reter o pino de retenção. A parte de topo do mandril de retenção é proporcionado com pelo menos uma parte superficial, servindo como um elemento batente Z. O pino de retenção é dimensionado de modo que, antes da ativação do mecanismo de retenção, existe um vão livre entre a superfície de fundo plana do veículo da peça em trabalho e a parte superficial do mandril de retenção, servindo como um elemento batente na direção Z. O pino de retenção e/ou a região em torno da abertura central do mandril de retenção é/são adaptado(s) para ser(em) deformado(s) elasticamente, por ativação do mecanismo de retenção, para tracionar adicionalmente o p1 para a abertura central e, simultaneamente, o veículo da peça em trabalho no sentido da parte superficial servindo como um elemento batente na direção Z, até que a superfície de fundo plana do veículo da peça em trabalho se aninhe na parte superficial do mandril de retenção, servindo como um elemento batente na direção Z.
