本发明属于夹头类零件,具体是一种双线接触夹头卡爪。
背景技术
现有的夹头种类很多,广泛用于工具行业中,但现有的夹头所配的夹头卡爪其侧锥面为单一圆锥面,当均布于夹头外壳内的3个夹头卡爪夹持最小直径工作件时,卡爪侧圆锥面与夹头外壳内锥面完全贴合,接触面积最大,当夹持较大直径工作件时,卡爪侧圆锥面与外壳内圆锥面仅为单线接触,接触强度不够高,且影响夹头卡爪夹持定位精度,容易产生偏心,不利于夹头的正常工作。
发明内容
本发明目的是针对现有技术的不足,提供一种双线接触夹头卡爪。

本发明是一种双线接触夹头卡爪,其特征在于:夹头卡爪侧锥面由三段圆锥面拼合而成,构成两条拼接线,其中位于两侧的圆锥面相同,中段圆锥面较大,当均布于夹头外壳内的3个双线接触夹头卡爪夹持最小直径工作件时,其两侧的圆锥面与夹头外壳的内圆锥面完全贴合,当夹持最大直径工作件时,其中间的圆锥面与夹头外壳的内圆锥面完全贴合,当夹持直径处于中间范围的工作件时,夹头卡爪两条拼接线与夹头外壳的内圆锥面构成双线接触。
本发明的有益效果是:
使用本发明,当夹持最小或最大直径工作件时,双线接触夹头卡爪与夹头外壳内锥面均为面接触,接触应力小,夹持定位精度高,当夹持直径处于中间范围的工作件时,双线接触夹头卡爪的两条拼接线与夹头外壳的内圆锥面构成双线接触,有效分担接触应力,提高了接触强度和夹持定位精度。

如图1、图2所示,一种双线接触夹头卡爪,其特征在于:夹头卡爪1的侧锥面由三段圆锥面拼合而成,构成两条拼接线,其中位于两侧的圆锥面相同,中段圆锥面较大,当安装于夹头外壳2内均布的3个双线接触夹头卡爪夹持最小直径工作件时,其两侧的圆锥面与夹头外壳2的内圆锥面完全贴合,当夹持最大直径工作件时,其中间的圆锥面与夹头外壳2的内圆锥面完全贴合,当夹持直径处于中间范围的工作件时,其两条拼接线与夹头外壳的内圆锥面构成双线接触。
本发明的工作过程为:如图2所示,当调节安装于夹头外壳2内均布的3个双线接触夹头卡爪1夹持最小直径工作件时,其两侧的圆锥面与外壳2的内圆锥面完全贴合,当夹持最大直径工作件时,其中间的圆锥面与外壳2的内圆锥面完全贴合,两种情况均为面接触,接触应力小,夹持定位精度高,当夹持直径处于中间范围的工作件时,其不同锥面构成的两条拼接线与外壳2的内圆锥面构成双线接触,有效分担接触应力,提高接触强度和夹持定位精度。
