Abstract
"ANEL DE CONTROLE DE óLEO DE DUAS PEçAS COM CAMADAS DE SUPERFìCIE NITRURADAS". A invenção refere-se a um anel de controle de óleo de duas peças que compreende um corpo de anel (1) formado em uma seção geralmente na forma de M ou I com uma ranhura anular (4) em uma superfície interna (3) do corpo de anel (1), e um expansor bobinado (2) conectado na ranhura anular (4) do corpo de anel (1) para resilientemente pressionar o corpo de anel (1) na direção da parede interna de um cilindro. O corpo de anel (1) é feito de aço inoxidável que contém 3,0 a 13,0 por cento em peso de cromo com as superfícies circunferenciais externa e interna (11, 12) cobertas com camadas nitruradas (14, 15). A relação circular de um comprimento de borda externa (Y~ o~) versus um comprimento de borda interna (Y~ i~) na seção transversal do corpo de anel (1) está em uma faixa entre 1,08 e 1,32 para manter a circularidade periférica precisa do corpo de anel, de modo que as camadas nitruradas sobrevivam à brunidura do corpo de anel (14, 15).
