Abstract
"PROCESSO DE CONTROLE DE CAPACIT NCIA". A presente invenção refere-se a um processo para controlar o valor da capacitância (Cl) de uma blindagem tubular (1), formada por extrusão de um composto isolante (2) em um cabo elétrico (3) em um cabeçote de extrusão (4), um agente esponjante (FA) sendo introduzido no composto isolante (2), de tal modo a aperfeiçoar o valor da capacitância (C1) da blindagem de isolamento tubular (1), este processo sendo caracterizado pelo fato de que: - uma quantidade predeterminada de agente esponjante (200) é usada de tal modo a obter um valor de capacitância predeterminado (C1) para a blindagem de isolamento tubular (1), e - para controlar, precisamente, o valor da capacitância (C1) da blindagem de isolamento tubular 1, uma pressão de gás (110) é aplicada em pelo menos uma parte de uma face (100, 101) do composto de isolamento (2) extrudado pelo cabeçote de extrusão (4), e - o valor da pressão de gás (110) é alterado de tal modo a controlar o valor da capacitância (C1) da blindagem de isolamento tubular (1).
