Abstract

"REATOR". A presente invenção refere-se a um reator, o qual é um reator (4) na forma de um vaso cilíndrico, que tem uma entrada de líquido e uma saída de líquido e alongado em uma direção de fluxo, compreendendo, no interior, um eixo de acionamento (6) coaxial com o reator, um ou mais estágios de elementos de agitação em formato de placa ou em formato de barra redonda (1), que se estendem em uma direção perpendicular ao eixo de acionamento, as palhetas compostas por placas ou barras redondas ou uma combinação das mesmas e/ou trocadores de calor em serpentina, tubulares, em formato de placa ou helicoidais (7) instalados no lado de parede interna do reator, onde a freq³ência natural dos elementos de agitação é maior do que o valor numérico no qual os elementos de agitação começam a vibrar, o valor sendo calculado a partir da viscosidade da solução no reator, e da velocidade de rotação e da estrutura dos elementos de agitação.
