Abstract

"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA O AQUECIMENTO DE PAINéIS DE VIDRO EM UM FORNO DE TêMPERA EQUIPADO COM ROLOS". A invenção se refere a um método e a um aparelho para o aquecimento de painéis de vidro em um forno de têmpera equipado com rolos. Os painéis de vidro (7) são transportados em um transportador estabelecido pelos rolos (6) para um forno de têmpera (1), pela duração de um ciclo de aquecimento, seguido pelo transporte dos painéis de vidro (7) para uma estação de têmpera (21), e os painéis de vidro (7) são aquecidos no forno de têmpera (1) por meio de elementos de radiação de aquecimento de fundo e de topo (2, 3), bem como por meio de elementos de convecção de aquecimento de fundo e de topo (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4', 4a', 4b', 4c', 5), por meio do que o ar de convecção é suprido para o forno de têmpera (1). o lado de fundo dos painéis de vidro (7) é aquecido por meio dos elementos de convecção de aquecimento de fundo (4, 4a, 4b, 4c, 4', 4a', 4b', 4c'),os quais são no sentido do comprimento do forno (1) e definem zonas de aquecimento por convecção (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I e J), lado a lado em uma direção lateral do forno de têmpera (1) . Assim, os efeitos de aquecimento das zonas de aquecimento por convecção (A, B, C, D, E, F, G, H, I e J) podem ser alterados uns em relação aos outros, para perfilação do coeficiente de transferência de calor em uma direção lateral do forno.
