Abstract

"PROCESSO E APARELHO PARA ENCURVAMENTO DA BORDA". A presente invenção refere-se a uma primeira unidade de molde de embainhar (20) e uma segunda unidade de molde de embainhar (30) são instaladas em uma máquina de prensagem simples. A primeira unidade de molde de embainhar 20 realiza o encurvamento parcial de uma borda (95) de uma peça de trabalho (93,96). A peça de trabalho (93,96) tendo sofrido o encurvamento parcial, é transferida para a segunda unidade de molde de embainhar 30, a segunda unidade de molde de embainhar 30 realiza o encurvamento necessário restante da borda da peça de trabalho (93,96). Aqui, predeterminado encurvamento da borda (95) da peça de trabalho (93,96) pode ser completado dentro da máquina de prensagem simples apenas pelo movimento descendente dos moldes superiores (24,34) das primeira e segunda unidades de molde de embainhar (20,30),sem ter que usar um came e acionador de came.,
