Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA FORMAR UM FLANGE OU BORDO INTEIRIçO NA EXTREMIDADE DE UM TUBO DE CHAPA". Processo e dispositivo para a formação inteiriça de um flange (10, 18) ou bordo na extremidade de um tubo (12) de chapa, sendo que o tubo perto da sua extremidade é apoiado no seu lado interno em todos os lados e fixado. Nisto, um segmento de tubo (10) se projeta para fora do segmento apoiado e fixado do tubo 12, e o segmento de tubo saliente é dobrado para fora por exercício de pressão superficial contra um segmento de circunferência da sua face interna até um ângulo de dobra desejado. Por meio de rotação relativa do tubo (12) em relação ao segmento da circunferência, onde acontece a dobra, todo o segmento de tubo (10, 18) ou o segmento parcial (10) do mesmo é colocado no ângulo de dobra desejado.
