Abstract

"COQUILHA DE FUNDIçãO CONTìNUA REFRIGERADA PARA FUNDIR METAL". Para desenvolver uma coquilha de fundição continua (1) refrigerada para fundir metal, especialmente aço, em formato de lingotes, especialmente apresentando neste caso uma espessura entre 40 e 400 mm e uma largura de 200 até 3.500 mm, sendo as paredes da coquilha formadas por placas (7.7.1) nas quais estão embutidos canais para o agente refrigerante para refrigeração, de tal maneira que a carga térmica sobre a altura da coquilha, isto é, o perfil térmico sobre a altura da coquilha seja uniforme e, consequentemente, a temperatura superficial da coquilha possa ser diminuída no nível de fundição, a largura (26.1) dos canais para o agente refrigerante (29) deve diminuir através da altura da coquilha (13) entre a entrada da coquilha (1.1) e a saída da coquilha (13.2), no sentido da fundição, dependendo do perfil da corrente térmica (2.1).
