Abstract

"PROCESSO E DISPOSITIVO PARA COLAGEM DE FIBRAS SECAS ELABORADAS PARA A PRODUçãO DE FIBRAS COMPENSADAS". A invenção refere-se a fibras secas que são elaboradas para a produção de fibras compensadas, são supridas a um rolo de fibras (17) de um dispositivo de dosagem, por uma calha de alimentação (10), que é submetida a uma pressão negativa, cujo rolo de fibras é proporcionado na sua superfície com vários pinos (18) e gira de tal maneira que as fibras (14) são defletidas pelos pinos (18), são direcionadas ao longo de uma calha (22) definida por meio de uma seção parcial (20) da periferia do rolo de fibras (17) e uma parede se estendendo oposta (21) e um meio de colagem, e as ditas fibras são aceleradas a aproximadamente a velocidade periférica do rolo de fibras (17) por meio dos pinos (18) e de um fluxo de ar gerado pelos ditos pinos. As fibras (36) se estendem contra uma seção da parede e são coladas na região da ou adjacente à extremidade da seção da parede e saem por um orifício de saída (23) da seção da calha (22). No caso de um processo alternativo, após deixarem a seção da calha substancialmente horizontalmente, as fibras são defletidas em uma direção ascendente ou descendente e são coladas nessa região por meio de pelo menos um bocal de aspersão.
