Abstract

"CETONAS CìCLICAS E SEU USO NA SìNTESE DE AMINOáCIDOS". A invenção refere-se a um método é fornecido para preparar um composto enanciomericamente puro da fórmula: nas quais R e R' representam C~ 1~-C~ 10~ alquila, C~ 2~-C~ 10~ alquenila ou C~ 3~-C~ 10~ cicloalquila e as cunhas significam estereoquímica (S)- ou (R)-, os substituintes em composto (II) sendo trans. A adição de conjugado é realizada entre um nucleófilo organometálico que fornece um grupo R como acima definido e (R)-4-acetoxiciclopent-2-en-1-ona, (S)-4-acetoxiciclopent-2-en-1-ona ou um composto similar no qual o acetóxi é substituído por outro grupo de saída para fornecer, por exemplo, no caso do composto de acetóxi, um produto de adição de trans 3,4-dissubstituído de fórmula III ou IV; O grupo de acetila é eliminado do produto de adição para fornecer uma (R)- ou (S)-4-alquila ou 4-alquenila ciclopent-2-en-1-ona de e ou o composto do fórmula deve ser então hidrogenado para produzir uma ciclopentanona de fórmula (I) ou a adição de conjugado de um segundo nucleófilo organometálico que fornece um grupo R' como acima definido ao composto da fórmula acima pode ser realizado para fornecer um produto de adição de trans 3,4-dissubstituído de fórmula (II). Um dos compostos acima mencionados pode ser convertido, por exemplo, por meio de um intermediário (XV) a (XVIII) (no qual os substituintes R e R' e as cunhas têm os significados indicados acima) em um análogo de gabapentina de uma das fórmulas mostradas abaixo: nas quais os substituintes R e R' e as cunhas também têm os significados acima indicados.
