Abstract
"MISTURA NUTRITIVA E PROCESSO PARA A IDENTIFICAçãO E CONTAGEM PRECOCE DE ORGANISMOS GRAM-NEGATIVOS". A presente invenção está relacionada com a microbiologia, particularmente refere-se a uma mistura nutritiva e a um processo para a identificação e a contagem precoce de microorganismos Gram-negativos. No meio de cultivo aparecem 5 cores diferentes, emissões fluorescentes de 3 cores, halos de 3 cores e zonas de precipitação opaca em redor das colónias dependendo do microorganismo em questão, sendo que tudo isto permite a diferenciação com um alto grau de sensibilidade e de especificidade. A mistura compreende relações específicas de frações protéicas ricas em triptofano, livre ou combinado, sais orgânicos e/ou inorgânicos, substâncias que proporcionam cor ou fluorescência, inibidores de crescimento de microorganismos Gram-positivos, bem como celulose ou hemicelulose e outros componentes que proporcionam a estrutura sólida ao meio de cultivo.
