Abstract

"ANáLOGOS DE DIDEMNINA E TAMANDARINA E MéTODOS DE PREPARAçãO E USO DELES". A presente invenção refere-se aos análogos de tamandarina, incluindo os análogos de tamandarina e didemnina que tem um resíduo de deoxo-prolina ou um resíduo de deidro-prolina em sua estrutura. Estes análogos são úteis como agentes anti-cânceres e para outros propósitos. O método de preparação destes análogos e métodos de uso deles como inibidores de síntese de proteína, crescimento celular, e tumorigênese e como realçadores de apoptose são da mesma forma fornecidos.
