Abstract

"MéTODO DE ADSORçãO DE POLìMEROS CATIÈNICOS E ANIÈNICOS NA SUPERFìCIE DE PARTìCULAS, E PAPEL OU PRODUTO NãO TECIDO CONTENDO TAIS PARTìCULAS". A presente invenção refere-se a um método para produzir uma partícula ou grupo de partículas destinadas a serem utilizadas na fabricação de papel e/ou produtos não tecidos e apresentando um revestimento de pelo menos duas, preferivelmente pelo menos três, camadas finas de polímeros catiónicos e aniónicos alternados localizadas no exterior de cada uma entre si, no qual a partícula ou grupo de partículas é tratado, em etapas consecutivas, com soluções dos polímeros catiónicos e aniónicos alternados. A quantidade do respectivo polímero a ser adicionado em cada etapa sendo controlada por determinações de carga da solução de tratamento ou de um líquido contendo as partículas ou grupo de partículas e a solução do polímero, após o tratamento em cada etapa de maneira a determinar se o polímero está substancialmente todo adsorvido na superfície da partícula. Refere-se também a um papel ou produto não tecido contendo fibras e/ou cargas produzidas de acordo com o método. Refere-se, além disto, a produtos de papel contendo maiores quantidades de agente de resistência a úmido e a papel tecido apresentando resistência a úmido melhorada.
