Abstract

"MéTODO PARA APLICAR UM REVESTIMENTO FLUIDO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO, E, APARELHO PARA APLICAR UM FLUIDO DE REVESTIMENTO SOBRE UM SUBSTRATO". Um sistema para aplicar um revestimento fluido sobre um substrato inclui formar uma linha de umedecimento fluida introduzindo um fluxo de fluido sobre um primeiro lado do substrato ao longo de uma área de contato de fluido-folha contínua lateralmente disposta. Uma força elétrica é criada no fluido de um campo elétrico efetivo que se origina de um local no segundo lado do substrato e a um local substancialmente na e a jusante da área de contato de fluido. O campo elétrico pode ser gerado de uma maneira altamente efetiva relativa ao fluido de revestimento por um eletrodo agudamente definido no segundo lado do substrato. Ultra-sónica combinada com campos eletrostáticos ademais aumenta condições de processo de revestimento e uniformidade de revestimento.
