Abstract

"UTILIZAçãO DE PELO MENOS UM (CO)POLìMERO HIDRóFILO ESTABILIZANTE, EMULSãO DE SILICONE AQUOSA, PROCESSO DE PREPARAçãO DA EMULSãO E SUPORTE". A presente invenção trata de uma emulsão de silicone aquosa útil em particular para a preparação de revestimento antiaderente sobre suportes fibrosos ou não, por exemplo, de papel. Essa emulsão compreende poliorganossiloxanos (POS) com unidades Si-vinila e POS com unidades SiH, aptas a reticular por poliação em presença de um catalisador com platina. A emulsão segundo a presente invenção propõe a utilização de pelo menos um (co)polímero hidrófilo estabilizante de massa molar Mw <242> 10^5^ g/mol, de preferência, Mw <242> 5.10^6^ g/mol, para aprimorar a estabilidade à coalescência sob cisalhamento de emulsões de silicone aquosas, próprias para reticular a fim de formar revestimentos antiaderentes sobre suportes de papel, e/ou para aprimorar a regularidade e a homogeneidade do depósito de emulsão de silicone aquosa reticulável, sobre as duas faces de um suporte de papel, e/ou para reduzir os depósitos de emulsões de silicone aquosas próprias para reticular a fim de formar revestimentos antiaderentes sobre suportes de papel, e/ou para limitar e mesmo eliminar a tendência de espumar que possuem as emulsões de silicone aquosas próprias para reticular a fim de formar revestimentos antiaderentes sobre suportes maleáveis.
