Abstract

"COMPOSTO, SEU USO, COMPOSIçãO FARMACêUTICA, MéTODO PARA PREVENIR, TRATAR OU MELHORAR UMA DOENçA CONTRA A QUAL UM ANTAGONISTA DE CáLCIO é EFICAZ, MéTODO PARA SUPRIMIR UMA MORTE CEREBRAL NEURAL OU PROTEGER UMA CéLULA NEURAL CEREBRAL E MéTODO PARA PREVENIR, TRATAR OU MELHORAR DOENçA NEURAL OU DOR". A presente invenção fornece um novo composto tendo um antagonismo de cálcio superior, em particular, um antagonismo de cálcio seletivo de neurónio. Isto é, ela fornece um composto representado pela seguinte fórmula, uma sal deste ou um hidrato deles. Na fórmula, Ar indica um anel aromático de 5 a 14 membros opcionalmente substituído etc.; o anel A indica qualquer um anel selecionado de uma piperazina, uma homopiperazina, uma piperidina e outros; o anel B indica um anel de hidrocarboneto de C~ 3-14~ opcionalmente substituído etc.; E indica uma ligação simples, um grupo representado pela fórmula -CO-, etc.; X indica uma ligação simples, um átomo de oxigênio etc. ; R^ 1^ indica um átomo de hidrogênio, um átomo de halogênio, um grupo de hidroxila etc.; e D^ 1^, D^ 2^, W^ 1^ e W^ 2^ são os mesmos ou diferentes um do outro e cada representa uma ligação simples ou uma cadeia de C~ 1-6~ alquileno opcionalmente substituído.
