Abstract

"GUARDA-VOLUMES DE EFEITO ACúSTICO". A presente invenção se refere a um componente, especialmente um guarda-volumes na parte traseira, e um processo para a fabricação do mesmo, sendo que o componente possui uma camada central (2) em forma de favo a qual possui uma camada de reforço (3, 4) em ambos os lados. Esta camada compreende um velo de fibras com fibras termoplásticas. A camada central (2) é feita de um material termoplástico e unida às fibras termoplásticas da camada de reforço (3, 4) com fecho devido ao material. A camada de reforço (3, 4) é pré-comprimida e permeável ao ar e possui uma resistência à corrente de ar na faixa de 500 Nsm^ -3^ < R < 3500 Nsm^ -3^.
