Abstract

"UTILIZAçãO DE UM PRODUTO CEREALìFERO". A invenção refere-se à utilização de um produto cerealífero de tipo biscoito ou cracker apresentando um teor de amido lentamente digerível com relação ao teor total de amido superior a aproximadamente 12% em peso, de preferência superior a aproximadamente 20%, para melhorar os desempenhos cognitivos, em particular a memorização, a atenção, a concentração, a vigilância e/ou o bem-estar mental no Homem e, em particular, na criança e no adolescente. Estes produtos cerealíferos podem ser consumidos no desjejum.
