Abstract

"MANCAL DE BORRACHA COM UM ELEMENTO DE REFORçO". A invenção refere-se a um mancal de borracha com um ou mais elementos de reforço (3; 3') aproximadamente cilíndricos que foram vulcanizados no elastómero do corpo do mancal entre a superfície interna do mancal e a superfície externa do mancal. Cada elemento de reforço consiste em um ou mais suplementos (4, 4'; 5) que se estendem no sentido axial, sendo que os elementos de reforço configurados em uma só peça (3') e os elementos de reforço (3) configurados de muitas peças possuem, ou como resultado da sua configuração ou como resultado da disposição dos seus suplementos (4, 4'), cantos (7, 7', 8, 8'; 9, 10) que são adjacentes uns aos outros e que correm paralelos ao eixo. De acordo com a invenção , os cantos (7, 7', 8, 8'; 9, 10) têm perfis de cantos não-retilíneos que complementam uns aos outros. Por entre os cantos (7, 7', 8, 8'; 9, 10), espaços intermediários formados como resultado dos seus perfis são preenchidos com o elastómero (2).
