Abstract

"LIGAçãO DE CUBO/ DISCO DO FREIO PARA FREIOS DE VEìCULOS AUTOMOTORES". A invenção refere-se a um conjunto de cubo/ disco do freio para freios de veículos automotores, compreendendo um cubo (2) e um disco do freio (1) que está disposto à prova de torção sobre este. O disco do freio (1) está disposto na direção axial do cubo (2) de tal forma que, este pode se deslocar axialmente contra uma tensão prévia elástica de mola aplicada por um número de elementos de mola (4). Para esta finalidade, cada elemento de mola (4) apresenta uma seção de retenção (41) por meio da qual estes estão fixados no cubo (2). Cada elemento de mola (4) também compreende, pelo menos, uma seção de mola (42) que se apóia em, pelo menos, um elemento intermediário (3) que está disposto, em essência, entre o cubo (2) e o disco do freio (1). O projeto da invenção é vantajoso em virtude do fato de que, os elementos de mola (4) não estão em contato direto com o disco do freio (1), por meio disso impedindo efetivamente que os elementos de mola (4) sejam sobrecarregados termicamente. A confiabilidade funcional dos elementos de mola (4) pode, portanto, ser mantida por um longo período de tempo.
