Abstract
"CéLULA DE COMBUSTìVEL ELETROLìTICA DE POLìMERO". Trata-se de uma célula de combustível eletrolítica de polímero que compreende uma célula que tem uma película de polímero sólido, separadores dispostos em ambos os lados da célula de modo a interpor a célula a eles, e camadas de difusão dispostas entre a célula e os separadores e cada tendo um substrato que compreende um material poroso eletricamente condutor e uma camada de pasta semi-fluida disposta sobre o substrato, em que pelo menos parte de cada camada de difusão é dotada de uma barreira de gás para impedir a permeação de gás em uma direção paralela à superfície principal da camada de difusão.
