Abstract

"AçO DE TRABALHO RáPIDO PRODUZIDO PELA METALURGIA DE Pó COM ELEVADA RESISTêNCIA A CALOR". A invenção refere-se a um objeto de aço de trabalho rápido, produzido pela metalurgia de pó, de preferência uma ferramenta de corte para o levantamento de aparas a alta velocidade especialmente de metais leves e ligas de metais leves. Para a elevação da resistência a quente e da tenacidade bem como a redução do desgaste, especialmente de ferramentas de corte, é previsto, de acordo com a invenção, que um objeto da metalurgia do pó apresente um alto grau de pureza em correspondência a um valor K0 de no máximo 3 segundo o teste de acordo com a DIN 50 602 e a seguinte composição química, em % em peso: C 1,51 a 2,5, si até 0,8, Mn até 1,5, Cr 3,5 a 4,5, W 13,3 a 15,3, Mo 2,0 a 3,0, V 4,5 a 6,9, Co 10,05 a 12,0, S até 0,52, N até 0,2 O max. 100 ppm, com um valor: manganês menos enxofre (Mn-S) de pelo menos 0,19, ferro e sujeiras condicionadas pela produção e elementos acompanhantes como resto, com a medida que a relação das concentrações de tungstênio para com molibdênio se situa entre 5,2 e 6,5, e que o teor em cobalto é de no máximo a 70% do valor de tungstênio + molibdênio.
