Abstract

"COMPOSIçãO DE BORRACHA REFORçADA COM SìLICA EARTIGO COM COMPONENTE DA MESMA, INCLUINDOPNEUS". A presente invenção se refere à preparação decomposições de borracha reforçadas com sílica e a artigosmanufaturados que contêm pelo menos um componentecompreendido delas. Esse artigo manufaturado pode ser um pneu.A composição de borracha reforçada com sílica compreende pelomenos um elastómero, sílica, e um aditivo organometálico de pelomenos um de composto de organoestanho, organotitânio e/ouorganozircónio, de preferência, a uma exclusão de aditivosadicionais para a composição de borracha que vão reagirprontamente com grupos hidroxila (por exemplo, grupos silanol)sobre a superfície da sílica, para criar um álcool, tal como,, porexemplo, compostos de polissulfeto de alquilsilano, alcoxissilano ebis-(3-alcoxissililalquila). Esse composto organometálico pode teruma valência de quatro e no caso do composto de organoestanhopode ter uma valência de quatro ou dois, de preferência, quatro.Esse composto organometálico pode ser selecionado de, porexemplo, dilaurato de dibutilestanho, 2-etilhexanoato de estanho(II), bis-2,4-pentanodionato de dibutoxititânio ebis-2,4-pentanodionato de dibutoxizircónio.
