Abstract

Patente de Invenção: <B>"CABEçA DE BOCAL DE EXTRUSOR"<D>. Uma cabeça de bocal de extrusor, de preferência uma cabeça de sopro de folhas, é constituída por um pino cilíndrico interno e por uma capa que envolve este concentricamente, entre os quais forma-se um canal anelar que desemboca em uma fenda de bocal. Na região oposta à fenda de bocal, no mínimo um duto que fornece uma massa fundida desemboca no canal anelar. Para evitar fendas entre o pino central e a capa que o envolve, onde a massa fundida de material sintético poderia ser represada e poderia precipitar-se, o pino é provido, de modo inteiriço, de uma base em forma de flange e, em sua região limítrofe à base, é provido de pelo menos uma perfuração que fornece a massa fundida. Sobre o pino, limítrofe à base, acha-se contraído um anel que veda a fenda entre ambos. Uma capa cilíndrica acha-se assentada sobre o anel e fica ligada hermeticamente com este, capa esta que envolve o pino formando um canal anelar.
