Abstract

Patente de Invenção:<B>"CABEçA DE BOCAL DE EXTRUSOR"<D>. Uma cabeça de bocal de extrusor consiste em um mandril interno cilíndrico e um invólucro que circunda este de maneira concêntrica, entre os quais é formado um canal anelar, o qual desemboca na fenda do bocal. Uma massa fundida de material plástico é fornecida ao canal anelar por meio de uma tubulação. Com o intuito de evitar que a massa fundida de material plástico, penetre na região do início do canal anelar em uma fenda que se forma através de dilatação térmica entre o mandril e o invólucro, é introduzido entre ambos um anel com um tal coeficiente de dilatação térmica, que este veda a fenda entre o invólucro e o anel em caso de aquecimento por meio da massa fundida de material plástico.
