Abstract

"SISTEMA DE REFRIGERAçãO DE AR FRIO E TURBINA DE TURBOEXPANSOR". Trata-se de um dispositivo de resfriamento que compreende um compressor (1), um trocador de calor de cavidade dupla (2), um turboexpansor (6) e uma câmara de congelamento (3), que contém um ventilador (5) e um resfriador de ar (4). Um ventilador (7) é montado no mesmo eixo com o turboexpansor (6). As primeiras cavidades dos trocadores de calor (2 e 9), o separador de umidade (8) e a segunda cavidade do trocador de calor (2) são ligados com a entrada do compressor (1) em seq³ência. Sob outra forma, o dispositivo compreende um compressor (44), um turboexpansor (49), um trocador de calor de cavidade dupla (45), uma câmara de congelamento (46), que contém um ventilador (48) e um resfriador de ar (47), um trocador de calor por evaporação de cavidade dupla (51) e um separador de umidade (50). As primeiras cavidades dos trocadores de calor por evaporação (51 e 45), o separador de umidade (50), o turboexpansor (49), o resfriador de ar (47) e a segunda cavidade do trocador de calor (45) são ligados em seq³ência com a entrada do compressor (44). O disco de mancal (67) da roda de turbina (66) é construído com canais (69) entre lâminas conjugados, por meio de estrias (70), com a superfície meridional do disco (67). As superfícies dos canais (69) contêm microcanais longitudinais (71). O raio do corte transversal dos microcanais (71) é 0,1 - 1,0 do raio (Rf) da estria (70), o passo (t) entre os microcanais (71) não é mais que o dobro do raio (Rk).
