Abstract
"APARELHO DE PLASMA NãO TéRMICO DE DESCARGA CAPILAR COM ELETRODO SEGMENTADO E PROCESSO PARA PROMOVER REAçõES QUìMICAS". (57) Resumo: Um reator de plasma (100) incluindo um primeiro dielétrico (115) tendo pelo menos um capilar (146) definido através do mesmo, e um eletrodo segmentado (140) incluindo uma pluralidade de segmentos de eletrodo (140), estando cada segmento de eletrodo (140) disposto próximo de um capilar associado (146). O reator (100) pode incluir um segundo eletrodo (120) e dielétrico, estando o primeiro e segundo dielétricos (115) separados a uma distância predeterminada para formar um canal (125) entre os mesmos, dentro do qual é descarregado o plasma que sai dos capilares (146) no primeiro dielétrico (115). O fluído a ser tratado é passado através do canal (125) e exposto à descarga de plasma. O fluido a ser tratado pode ser exposto à descarga de plasma em ambos os capilares (146) e no canal (125) entre os dois dielétricos (115).
