"PROCESSO PARA CONVERSãO ELETROQUìMICA DE UM MATERIAL, REATOR ELETROQUìMICO PARA CONVERSãO DE UM MATERIAL, ELETRóLITO SELETIVO PARA ìON, ELETRODO, MATERIAL MISTO DE ELETRODO E ELETRóLITO SELETIVO PARA ìON, E, USO DESTES". Um processo e um reator para conversão eletroquímica de um material (21) sendo insolúvel em um fluido em um material sendo solúvel no fluido, cujo processo compreende que um fluxo do fluido é passado a uma zona reacional que compreende um circuito interno consistindo de: um ou mais eletrodos de trabalho (12), um ou mais contra-eletrodos (13), e um ou mais eletrólitos seletivos para íon (11), e cujo circuito interno é aplicado com uma diferença de voltagem elétrica suficiente para o processo eletroquímico; e uso deste para remoção de partículas de fuligem dos gases de descarga e remoção de óleo em água de descarte.
