Abstract
"MéTODO PARA PRODUZIR UM MATERIAL ABRASIVO TENDO UMA CAMADA ABRASIVA DE UMA ESTRUTURA TRIDIMENSIONAL, E, MATERIAL ABRASIVO PARA ABRASãO DE UMA SUPERFìCIE FINAL DE UM CONECTOR DE FIBRA óPTICA EM UMA FORMA PRé DETERMINADA". Para fornecer um material abrasivo que seja excelente na resistência à carga e durabilidade, não permita que nenhuma fixação se prenda a uma superfície abradada mesmo quando a superfície final da fibra óptica seja abradada e seja particularmente adaptado para o uso na abrasão de um material duro, tal como uma superfície final de um conector de fibra óptica, eficaz e suavemente em uma forma pré determinada. A presente invenção fornece um material abrasivo para abrasão de uma superfície final de um conector de fibra óptica em uma forma pré determinada, o material abrasivo tendo um material base (101) e uma camada abrasiva (102) disposta sobre o material base, a camada abrasiva tendo uma camada de topo (105) compreendendo um compósito abrasivo contendo grãos abrasivos e um aglutinante e uma parte de base (106) que compreende um aglutinante na ausência de partículas abrasivas, a camada abrasiva tendo uma estrutura tridimensional construída com uma pluralidade de elementos tridimensionais regularmente dispostos (104 tendo uma forma pré determinada. Além disso, a presente invenção fornece um método para produzir um material abrasivo tendo uma camada abrasiva de uma estrutura tridimensional, o método compreendendo as etapas de: (1) encher uma folha de molde tendo uma pluralidade de recessos regularmente dispostos com uma solução de revestimento de material abrasivo contendo os grãos abrasivos, um aglutinante, um solvente, até uma profundidade pré determinada; (2) remover o solvente da solução de revestimento de material abrasivo nos recessos pela evaporação; (3) encher os recessos ainda com um aglutinante; (4) laminar um material base sobre a folha de molde para unir o aglutinante ao material base; e (5) endurecer o aglutinante.
