Abstract
Patente de Invenção: "PREPARAçãO DE UMA LACTONA MACROCìCLICA". Objeto da invenção é um processo para a preparação de um composto da fórmula no qual R~ 1~ - R~ 9~ representam, independentemente um do outro hidrogênio ou um substituinte; m é 0, 1 ou 2; n é 0, 1, 2 ou 3; e as ligações marcadas com A, B, C, D, E e F indicam, independentemente uma da outra, que dois átomos de carbono adjacentes estão conectados por uma ligação dupla, uma ligação simples, uma ligação simples e uma ponte de epóxido, ou uma ligação dupla e uma ponte de metileno, incluindo, onde aplicável, um isómero E/Z, uma mistura de isómeros E/Z, e/ou um tautómero do mesmo, em cada caso em forma livre ou em forma de sal, qual processo compreende 1) formar ponte em um composto da fórmula onde R~ 1~ - R~ 7~, m, n, A, B, C, D, E e F têm os mesmos significados como dados para fórmula (1) acima, em contato com um biocatalisador que é capaz de especificamente oxidar o álcool na posição 4" a fim de formar um composto da fórmula no qual R~ 1~, R~ 2~,R~ 3~, R~ 4~, R~ 5~, R~ 6~,R~ 7~, m, n, A, B, C, D, E e F têm os significados dados para fórmula (I); e 2) reagir o composto da fórmula (III) com uma amina da fórmula HN(R~ 8~)R~ 9~, onde R~ 8~ e R~ 9~ têm os mesmos significados como dado para fórmula (I), e o qual é conhecido, na presença de um agente redutor.
