Abstract
"MéTODO E APARELHO PARA FABRICAçãO DE PNEUMáTICOS DIFERENTES UM DO OUTRO". Uma linha de fabricação ( 2 ) é fornecida com estações de trabalho ( de 5 a 10 ), cada uma disposta para criar e montar pelo menos um componente estrutural dos pneumáticos ( de A a F ) sendo processado. Os componentes estruturais de cada pneumático são montados em um suporte toroidal fornecido com códigos de barra através dos quais o modelo do pneumático a ser fabricado é identificado e a adaptação conseq³ente das estações de trabalho ( de 5 a 10 ) para o pneumático em particular é realizada. Os braços robotizados ( de 12 a 18 ) transfere seq³encialmente os pneumáticos individuais ( de A a F ) entre as estações de trabalho diferentes ( de 5 a 10 ), além de uma linha de cura ( 3 ) equipada com moldes ( de 24 a 29 ) montados em uma mesa giratória ( 30 ). A taxa de transferência na linha de cura ( 3 ) é a mesma que a taxa de transferência entre as estações de trabalho ( de 5 a 10 ).
