Abstract

"MéTODO, APARELHO E INSTALAçãO PARA CONFECCIONAR PNEUS PARA RODAS DE VEìCULOS". A confecção de um pneu (2) se processa através da montagem dos componentes de pneu sobre um suporte de confecção (9) que consiste em uma câmara modeladora inflável (14) colocada em uma condição inflada/expandida em que substancialmente reproduz a configuração interior do pneu (2) a ser obtido. Completada a confecção, o suporte de confecção (9) com o pneu por vulcanizar (2) sobre o mesmo é introduzido no interior de um molde de vulcanização (13) onde o suporte de confecção (9) é submetido a uma etapa de hiperinflação para comprimir o pneu (2) contra as superfícies de parede interior do molde (13). As bordas circunferenciais (14a) da câmara modeladora inflável (14) estão em relação de engate com respectivos flanges de ancoragem (15,16) com possibilidade de deslocamento em uma direção radial, de modo a serem submetidas a uma expansão elástica durante a etapa de hiperinflação.
