Abstract

"MéTODOS PARA FABRICAR E RECAUCHUTAR UM PNEUMáTICO". é feita uma descrição de um método para fabricar um pneumático (1) que compreende uma estrutura de carcaça toroidal que possui uma parte de coroa definida entre duas paredes laterais axialmente opostas que se estendem radialmente em direção ao eixo geométrico de rotação do dito pneumático e que terminam em duas partes circunferenciais que contêm uma estrutura de reforço anular para ancorar do dito pneumático (1) em um aro de montagem correspondente, e uma banda de rodagem (4) que se estende circunferencialmente em torno da dita estrutura de carcaça com um padrão de relevo moldado que compreende sólidos alternados com cavidades pelo menos na direção axial, o dito método compreendendo as seguintes etapas: formar a dita estrutura de carcaça em um suporte toroidal; enrolar na dita parte de coroa da dita estrutura de carcaça uma tira (9, 10) de material elastomérico em uma pluralidade de voltas axialmente consecutivas da dita tira (9, 10), até que a dita banda de rodagem (4) seja formada; e colocar o dito pneumático (1) em um molde de cura e moldar e curar o dito pneumático, o dito método também incluindo as seguintes etapas: produzir a dita tira (9, 10) com uma seção transversal reta alongada que é assimétrica na direção transversal, e enrolar a dita tira (9, 10) na dita parte de coroa, uma volta sendo pelo menos parcialmente sobreposta na volta axialmente adjacente previamente depositada.
