Abstract

"MéTODO PARA A FORMAçãO DE UM REVESTIMENTO ANTICORROSIVO EM UMA SUPERFìCIE DE SUBSTRATO". Um método para a formação de um revestimento anticorrosão sobre uma superfície de substrato inclui uma reformulação de uma composição de copolímero com um material de formação de ligação cruzada. A composição de copolímero de ligação cruzada resultante é, então, aplicada à superfície do substrato e curada. A composição de copolímero de ligação cruzada pode inclui um copolímero à base de ácido acrílico e um catalisador à base de carboxila. O substrato pode incluir folhas, laminados de camada múltipla de alumínio e um filme plástico. O revestimento anticorrosão deve ser aplicado a metais e filmes, que são usados na blindagem para cabos eletrónicos, e melhora sua funcionalidade, para a provisão de uma blindagem elétrica, contra umidade e/ou térmica, enquanto se provê uma camada de ligação a alguns compostos olefínicos, vantajosos em algumas aplicações de cabo blindado.
