Abstract

"PROCESSO E INSTALAçãO PARA O TRATAMENTO ELETROLìTICO DE SUPERFìCIES QUE CONDUZEM ELETRICIDADE DE PEçAS OPOSTAS INDIVIDUALIZADAS DE MATERIAL DE PLACA E DE FOLHA E APLICAçõES DO PROCESSO". Para o tratamento eletrolítico de placas e de folhas de circuitos impressos (LP) são utilizados um processo e uma instalação, onde as placas e as folhas são transportadas através de uma instalação de tratamento e, nisto, colocados em contato com um líquido de tratamento 3. Durante o transporte as placas e as folhas passam por pelo menos uma disposição de eletrodos, respectivamente consistindo em eletrodos de polaridade catódica 6 e de eletrodos de polaridade anódica 7, sendo que os eletrodos de polaridade catódica e anódica também são colocados em contato com o líquido de tratamento. Os eletrodos de polaridade catódica e os eletrodos de polaridade anódica são ligados a uma fonte de corrente/tensão 8, de modo que uma corrente flui através dos eletrodos e das superfícies 4 capazes de conduzir eletricidade.
