Abstract

"PRODUTO DE PAPELãO OU DE PAPEL NãO REVESTIDO, USO DO MESMO, E, PROCESSO PARA PRODUZIR UM PRODUTO DE PAPELãO OU DE PAPEL NãO REVESTIDO". é descrita uma nova qualidade de produtos de papelão e de papel não revestidos, tal como revestimento de topo branco ou de papelão liquido, de uma ou mais camadas com uma camada de topo de polpa química alvejada. A superfície da camada de topo possui um valor de brilho de 20-50%, um coeficiente de variação de brilho na região de comprimento de onda de 3-30 mm menor do que 5%, e uma aspereza de superfície (PPS-10) de 2-5 mm. A boa capacidade de impressão dos produtos descritos os torna úteis na produção de embalagens. Os produtos descritos são obteníveis por um processo de fabricação de papel no qual a calandragem do papel ou do papelão é conduzida com uma calandra de espaço entre rolos suave estendido que possui um rolo aquecido, por exemplo internamente aquecido por indução, com uma temperatura na superfície de 250 a 350<198>C, e a pressão contra a placa de papel de 5-40 MPa. A operação de calandragem é opcionalmente precedida pela aplicação de vapor sobre o topo da folha contínua de papelão ou de papel.
