Abstract

"PROCESSO DE FRACIONAMENTO DE UM MATERIAL COMPOSTO DE DIVERSOS CONSTITUINTES COM O AUXìLIO DE UM SOLVENTE A PRESSãO SUPERCRìTICA". A invenção diz respeito a um processo de fracionamento de um material natural ou sintético composto de diversos constituintes e contendo pelo menos um componente de natureza anfifílica, caracterizado por o dito fracionamento ser realizado com o auxílio de um solvente a pressão supercrítica a partir de uma dispersão da referida matéria em um líquido insolúvel ou muito pouco solúvel no solvente a pressão supercrítica. Vantajosamente o processo da invenção é implementado em uma mistura de lipídios como por exemplo um óleo extraído de cereal.
