Abstract

"CONJUNTO DE FERRAMENTA DE CORTE, PEçA DE INSERçãO DE CORTE, SUPORTE DE PEçA DE INSERçãO DE CORTE, E, PARAFUSO DE APERTO". Um conjunto de ferramenta de corte ( 20 ), por exemplo, uma fresa de extremidade com ponta esférica, com uma única peça de inserção de corte substituível ( 24, 100, 106 ) presa entre duas garras ( 34, 32 ), com superfícies de aperto ( 50, 42 ) com geometrias complementares às superfícies de aperto ( 66, 64 ) da peça de inserção de corte. Em uma vista de extremidade do conjunto de ferramenta de corte, as superfícies de aperto ( 50, 42 ) das garras ( 34, 32 ) são, pelo menos, parcialmente convexas, e as superfícies de aperto da peça de inserção ( 66, 64 ) são cóncavas.
