Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PROCESSO E MáQUINA PARA ACONDICIONAR PRODUTOS ALIMENTìCIOS ASSIM COMO O PRODUTO OBTIDO". A invenção refere-se a um processo para acondicionar um produto alimentício, tal como sorvete, iogurte congelado ou similar, em um único pacote de acondicionamento, compreende um sistema in-line no qual um pote (9) é formado em uma teia inferior deformável (2)de material plástico e uma tampa (12)com abertura de descarga (14) é formada em uma teia superior (4) de material plástico. O produto alimentício é enchido no pote moldado e as teias são unidas, alinhadas com a tampa na boca do pote. A tampa é vedada no pote, na central de vedação, e a abertura na tampa é coberta com uma aba removível (16). Para descarregar o produto para consumo a aba é removida e o produto é extrusado pressionando-o para baixo no pote deformável para retraí-lo, forçando o produto através da abertura na tampa. Para facilitar isso, pelo menos uma parte da tampa é moldada de modo a ser suficientemente rígido para prover uma superfície de suporte em direção à qual o pote pode ser retraído. Em uma disposição alternada, a superfície de suporte pode ser provida por uma inserção rígida (34)colocada no pacote entre o produto alimentício e a tampa e, nesse caso, a tampa pode ser moldada a partir de uma material frágil.
