Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "PEçA DE ACOPLAMENTO EM FORMA DE TUBO, PARA A PRODUçãO DE UMA JUNçãO DE COLAGEM COM UMA TUBULAçãO DE FLUIDO". A invenção refere-se a uma peça de acoplamento em forma de tubo, para a produção de uma junção de colagem com uma tubulação de fluido, e a um método para a fabricação de uma junção de colagem deste gênero. O elemento de acoplamento (1), segundo a invenção, consiste em um tubo interno (4), que é introduzido na tubulação de fluido (3), e em um tubo externo (5), configurado de maneira concêntrica em relação ao tubo interno, e o qual é integralmente amoldado na extremidade traseira do tubo interno (4), com um anel fechado (6). A fenda em forma de anel (13), entre o tubo interno (4), e o tubo externo (5), é projetada para receber a extremidade livre (20), da tubulação de fluido (3), e uma substância adesiva fundível, comprimida como anel sólido (14). A junção pode ser estabelecida facilmente, introduzindo primeiramente a substância adesiva para dentro da fenda em forma de anel (13), e em seguida fundir esta mediante introdução de calor rápida, enquanto a extremidade do tubo (20), da tubulação de fluido (3), é forçada para dentro da fenda em forma de anel (13). O projeto da invenção do elemento de acoplamento permite uma junção rápida e durável entre um tubo de metal e a caixa de acoplamento, ou um elemento de material plástico introduzível, utilizando uma substância adesiva fundível, que pode ser reativada.
