Abstract
"SOLDAGEM APLICADA COM AGITAçãO DO ATRITO COMO UMA TECNOLOGIA DE SUBSTITUIçãO AOS REBITES". A presente invenção proporciona um método e aparelho aperfeiçoados para unir painéis de liga de alumínio (29,29) (por exemplo,I liga de alumínio lítio 2090-T83). O método preliminarmente posiciona dois painéis (28,29) próximos um do outro de modo que um painel de longarina (28) sobrepõe um painel de camada externa (29). Uma ferramenta de pino para solda aplicada com agitação do atrito (10) penetra através de um painel (28) e pelo menos parcialmente em um outro painel (29). O material do painel ao redor da ferramenta de pino (10) é aquecido por atrito.
