Abstract
本发明涉及一种层压制件,其包括至少两层金属和位于两金属层之间的纤维增强塑料粘接层,该金属层包括彼此连接在一起的金属片材。金属层的金属片材通过对接焊接头彼此连接起来。由对接焊接头形成的焊缝的厚度与金属片材的厚度相同。金属片材包括铝、铜、锂、镁、硅、钛或它们形成的合金。
Description
技术领域
本发明涉及一种层压制件,其包括至少两层金属和位于两金属层之间的纤维增强塑料粘接层,该金属层中的至少一层包括彼此连接在一起的金属片材。
背景技术
已知这种层压制件通常用于生产高强度轻型结构,例如飞机机身和机翼上使用的蒙皮板。这种层压制件还可用于其它零件,比如襟翼、舱门等。很重要的一点是这种层压制件能够以简单的方式制成专门的形状。
考虑到高强度的需要,这种需要必须通过以这种方式获得的产品来满足,所以常常选择各种优质材料用于不同的层。例如可选择钛金属层。这种情况下,即使金属层的厚度非常薄,例如小于1毫米,也可以获得足够强度的产品。
可以使用钛等金属的带状卷材,其具有与获得所述厚度所需要的高辊压力相关的有限宽度。而且,对于具有高抗拉强度的相对便宜的钛15-3-3-3来说,为了厚度更小,只能使用窄带型材。这意味着由它生产的蒙皮将具有相当多的接合点,这些接合点在相邻带材之间。通常,这些接合点是很不利的。
首先,形成这些接合点的劳动强度相当大,因此很昂贵。并且,在层压制件各层之间的接合点(拼接处)处会有局部增厚现象。这些增厚现象形成蒙皮表面的断裂,是空气动力学领域不期望出现的。而且,在这种接合点处不能应用穿过蒙皮板的固定装置。
发明内容
因此,本发明的目的在于提供一种克服了上述缺点的层压制件。通过利用对接焊将金属层的金属片材彼此连接起来而达到上述目的。
根据本发明的层压制件的一种情况,首先,在一个和另一相同金属层的各金属片材之间可以获得可靠的焊接头。另外,利用对接焊,各金属片材光滑地彼此熔接在一起,这样,就没有不平整的地方,不会对空气动力学性能产生不利影响。特别是,该层压制件中,由对接焊形成的焊缝可以具有与金属片材基本相同的厚度。
该金属层可以具有小于1毫米的厚度。它们可以包括铝、铜、锂、镁、硅或钛合金。
本发明还涉及一种生产前述层压制件的金属层的方法,所述金属层具有彼此连接在一起的所述金属片材,包括所述金属片材利用钨极惰性气体保护焊(TIG welding)彼此对接焊在一起。特别地,其可以借助附加材料AMS4951将钛金属片材焊接在一起。
下面将结合附图详细说明本发明。

具体实施方式
图1所示的层压制件包括两层金属1和2,它们彼此通过一层纤维增强塑料粘接层连接起来。尽管图1示出两层金属层和一层纤维增强塑料粘接层,但该层压制件的金属层和塑料层可以包括不止总共三层。
两金属层1和2的每一层都由已经通过对接焊接头彼此连在一起的两金属片材4和5形成。这些对接焊接头6的厚度基本上等于金属片材4和5的厚度。因此,金属片材的这种连接保证了层压制件的光滑过渡。
这种层压制件不但强度大,而且特别适合用于空气动力学占主要地位的应用场合,比如用于机翼和机身的蒙皮。
金属层1和2可以由金属片材5和6以各种方式焊接起来。在图2所示的结构中,金属层4在下夹持装置7中被两个半夹具8和9夹持,在两个半夹具8和9之间具有一定形状的裂缝10。上夹持装置11具有相应形状(未示出)的裂缝10。图中粗略示出金属片材4和5在夹持装置7和11上被夹持的情况。
夹持装置7和11通过圆柱件12彼此紧固在一起。于是,通过这种方式夹持的一定形状的金属片材4和5可以在焊缝13的位置被彼此焊接在一起。
根据图3所示的结构,金属片材4和5都被夹持在底座板16和两个夹持板14、15之间。底座板16具有凹槽17,其位于金属片材4和5之间的焊缝13的正下方。
通过可能提供例如氩气环境的喷嘴18,可以在控制环境下将钛金属片材4和5彼此焊接在一起。通过使用薄和窄的金属条,还可能生产出Z字型产品。
Claims (8)
1.一种层压制件,其包括至少两层金属层(1,2)和位于两金属层之间的纤维增强塑料粘接层(3),所述两层金属层(1,2)中的至少一层包括彼此连接在一起的金属片材(4,5),所述金属层(1,2)的厚度小于1毫米,其特征在于,所述金属层(1,2)的所述金属片材(4,5)通过对接焊接头(6)彼此连接起来。
2.根据权利要求1所述的层压制件,其特征在于,由所述对接焊接头(6)形成的焊缝的厚度基本等于所述金属片材(4,5)的厚度。
3.根据权利要求1或2所述的层压制件,其特征在于,所述金属片材(4,5)由铝、铜、锂、镁、钛或它们的合金组成。
4.根据权利要求3所述的层压制件,其特征在于,所述合金中包含有硅。
5.根据权利要求3所述的层压制件,其特征在于,钛合金是15-3-3-3。
6.一种生产根据任一前述权利要求所述层压制件的金属层(1,2)的方法,其中所述金属层具有彼此连接在一起的金属片材(4,5),其特征在于,该方法包括将所述金属片材(4,5)利用钨极惰性气体保护焊彼此对接焊在一起。
7.根据权利要求6所述的方法,用于生产钛金属层(1,2),其特征在于,包括借助附加材料AMS4951将钛金属片材(4,5)焊接在一起。
8.根据权利要求6或7所述的方法,其特征在于,包括夹持所述金属片材(4,5),使它们相互面对的边分开预定的距离。
