Abstract

Patente de Invenção: "MODOS PARA CRIAR UMA MASSA TENDO INTEGRIDADE ESTRUTURAL". A presente invenção refere-se a um tablete rapidamente desintegrável para administração com ou sem o uso de água. O tablete compreende pelo menos um substância ativa e uma mistura de excipientes. O excipiente fornece características e propriedades físicas desejáveis e quando o tablete é sinterizado, excelentes características de ligação de tablete são obtidas. O tablete é pretendido para administração oral e dissolve na presença de água. Também divulgado é um processo para preparação de um tablete rapidamente desintegrável com ou sem o uso de água. O processo compreende dissolver pelo menos um carboidrato e pelo menos um polímero ou proteína de estruturação em um solvente adequado, onde o solvente fornece porosidade elevada sob secagem; secando por vaporização referida mistura dissolvida para obter matriz ou conta; secagem misturando pelo menos um polímero de ligação, e pelo menos uma droga ativa com a matriz ou conta para obter uma formulação de pré-tabletagem ou adicionando pelo menos uma droga ativa à matriz ou conta dissolvida ou componentes dispersados antes da secagem por vaporização; compreendendo a formulação obter um tablete; e sinterizar o tablete durante uma temperatura e tempo suficiente para permitir o polímero de ligação alterar o estado ou fundição e permitir o polímero resolidificar quando a temperatura é reduzida à temperatura ambiente.
