Abstract

"MISTURA PADRãO PARA RETICULAçãO CONCENTRADA, E, USO DA MESMA". A invenção refere-se a uma mistura padrão para reticulação que compreende mais do que 40% em peso de peróxido orgânico, uma borracha sintética, e uma sílica específica. Mais especificamente, uma mistura padrão para reticulação altamente concentrada é proporcionada compreendendo de 40 a 70% de peróxido orgânico, uma borracha sintética tal como EPM e/ou EPDM, preferivelmente possuindo um teor de propileno de 45% ou maior e uma viscosidade Mooney a 100<198>C de 30 ou maior, e uma sílica tratada a seco e/ou tratada a úmido possuindo uma área superficial específica de 150 m^ 2^/g ou maior ou uma sílica porosa possuindo um volume de poro de 1,4 mg/g ou maior.
