Abstract

"PROCESSO E SISTEMA DE E-MAIL DE RE-ROTEAMENTO". Um processo e aparelho para o re-roteamento de e-mail enviado a um endereço anterior (ou um endereço que não está funcionando, ou temporariamente inconveniente) ao novo endereço de um destinatário destinado. E-mail que é enviado a um destinatário é enviado ao Provedor de Serviço Internet (ISP) inicial. Como o destinatário não é mais um assinante do ISP antigo, ou porque o endereço no ISP antigo é temporariamente inconveniente, o e-mail é re-roteado para um servidor de re-rota da presente invenção. O servidor de re-rota então faz com que o e-mail seja enviado ao endereço correto, através de uma variedade de processos. Alternativamente, novos endereços de e-mail são tornados disponíveis no ISP antigo, o ISP antigo pode então enviar mensagens de e-mail diretamente ao novo ISP.
